Our lamb hangs for 1 week to achieve the optimum flavour and tender meat.

Grass-fed lamb has a better ratio of omega-3 to omega-6 and is full of antioxidant vitamins and minerals. We hang our meat on the bone for a minimum of 7 days to make it extra tender.

Nutritional Information
Once you receive your order simply pop it into your fridge or freezer. For best results use fresh meat within 3 days or freeze on day of purchase for up to 3 months. Always thaw meat thoroughly before cooking and do not re-freeze once thawed.
