The equivalent of beef sirloin, our heritage breed lamb loin is an exquisitely succulent boneless cut taken from the spine of the lamb, before being expertly trimmed and rolled by hand.

Succulent lamb for a real melt-in-the-mouth roast. Available with or without our herby sage and onion sausage meat or spinach, garlic and pinenuts stuffing (please select below).

This is a sensational lamb cut, with the sweet taste coming from the quality of the wildflower pastures where flocks mature on diets including clovers, herbs, and plants.

Grass-fed lamb has a better ratio of Omega 3 to Omega 6, is high in antioxidants such as vitamin E, and contains higher mineral and vitamin levels.

Nutritional Information
Once you receive your order simply pop it into your fridge or freezer. For best results use fresh meat within 3 days or freeze on day of purchase for up to 3 months. Always thaw meat thoroughly before cooking and do not re-freeze once thawed.
